Just put one of my investors into one of the best I have seen: 4,923 sq.ft. under roof / 3,544 sq.ft. heated and cooled / gated community / 4BR-4BA / tax appraised value of $459,323 / 1.38 acres / built in 2004 / On the market last May for $583,500 [[]] Purchase… price = $255,000! My suggestion = BUY NOW! (You can thank me later!)
